why you think the Disney directors have not settled, yet? I can't get my hands around why they are risking the loss of indemnification/D&O coverage.
Any ideas? My own guess: this is all part of this being the case of the decade. We’re in new territory, and that makes the kind of calculations that are conducive to settlement difficult.
