The Audubon Quartet

Greetings from southern India.  Thanks to Geoff and company for doing such a great job in my absence.  I vowed to do no more than lurk (there's too much other stuff going on around me). But I can't resist pointing out, re Matt Bodie's post on the Audubon Quartet, that I covered this case (albeit a couple of opinions ago) in my casebook, Ribstein & Letsou, section 4.04.  As discussed in Note 2 following In re Brown (I don't have the page handy) the case suggests an interesting valuation issue that often arises in the partnership context.

More after Christmas about India, China and Vietnam.
