Update on the Virginia traffic law

Over the weekend I discussed an incredibly stupid new Virginia traffic law that one wag dubbed the Lawyers Full Employment Act. Actually, maybe not so stupid from that standpoint.  Here's a report that the legislator behind the law is a partner in a firm that defends traffic cases.
