Well, despite the stock market, life goes on, to coin a phrase. And now Connecticut, via court decision, has joined Mass and Cal in the same sex marriage camp. From a jurisdictional competition perspective, this move by the state located between NY (which recently recognized out-of-state same sex marriages) and Massachusetts, and next to Vermont (which has quasi-same-sex-marriage), was predictable.
